Title: Content Creator - Part time

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Execute the company content strategy across all communication channels including social media channels, and websites, especially TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube shorts.
- With our Marketing Manager, develop an appropriate engagement strategy for each social media channel (frequency and type of posts, use of paid versus unpaid activity, etc.).
- Perform extensive content research and analysis to gain in-depth knowledge of our company & services.
- Strategize content pillars and sub pillars. Plan editorial calendar and content direction, content ideas, focusing on branded content on brand channels.
- Report on content, effectiveness, using metrics to refine content strategy.
- Ensure that content deliverables meet the objectives.
- Good copywriting skills with excellent written English.
- Experience in creating content on Tiktok is a must.
- At least 1-year working in communication, digital marketing, or copywriting-related discipline.
- Creative thinking and regular idea generation.
- Good in planning, organizational, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the digital-social environment, social media metrics, and best practices. Data analysis leads to actionable insights.
- High attention to detail, operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactively take initiative to contribute solutions and ideas to the successful launch and business growth of clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Salary: 6-8 millions VND per month.
